The Details

Tasting Note Pale straw yellow in colour, expect aromas of white peach and pink grapefruit, with hints of wild flowers and cinnamon. The palate is full flavoured and refreshing with flavours of white peaches, nectarine and lemon, balanced by fresh fruit sweetness.
Best Enjoyed With Serve chilled with fresh sashimi or an edamame sushi bowl.
Treatment The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from vineyards in South Australia, where our access to the latest clonal and rootstock combinations continues to deliver outstanding fruit typified by stone fruit, melon and grapefruit flavours. Our winemaking is focused on minimal intervention utilising wild yeasts naturally present on the grapes, malolactic fermentation, lees contact and subtle oak to give our Chardonnay depth, complexity and personality. After expertly crafting this wine, the alcohol is gently removed using the latest membrane technology to produce a wine that is 40% lower in alcohol and calories than Oxford Landing Chardonnay, whilst maintaining all of the great full flavour attributes of the wine
