The generous, silky palate has blueberry and plum fruit, complemented by soft, supple tannins with hints of milk chocolate and warm spices. Bright fruit flavours linger during the long finish.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with lightly spiced ragu or Massaman vegetable curry.
Treatment The grapes were fermented under warm temperature conditions for six to seven days, using a combination of static and rotary fermenters. This ensures that there is a balance between extracting the appropriate tannin for wine structure and retaining grape flavours and aromatics.
