Tasting Note Delicious aromas of freshly picked strawberries and rose petals. Light bodied, the palate abounds with flavours of Turkish delight, fine texture and a crisp, dry finish
Best Enjoyed With Cured ocean trout, or a fresh fennel, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and mint salad would be a lovely accompaniment
Treatment Fermentation was carried out using static and rotary fermenters under warm temperature conditions for six days. This creates a balance between extracting the appropriate tannin for wine structure and retaining fruit drive and aromatics.
